Pumpkin Bread, baking day recipe
Those of who follow me on Facebook, know I do a lot of baking and that about once a month I have Baking Day. My best friend and I get together, open a bottle (or two) of wine and bake. Sometimes we try new recipes, sometimes we make favorites. The pumpkin bread recipe below is a long standing favorite of mine and perfect for this time of year.
Grease and flour 2 bread loaf pans.
